We believe Christian education is an investment in your child’s future, not a financial liability. Although there are financial obligations that must be met, there are many rewards in providing a Christian educational environment for your child.
All programs are operated on a 10-month payment win that is a “school year.” Tuition rates and fees are established to cover the operating expenses of the school for an entire year. Since the faculty and staff are employed by the school year, application to VCA is for the entire school year. Once an applicant has been accepted, all tuition and fees are due, although they may be paid monthly as stated below.
The administration at VCA is aware that occasionally parents “fall on hard times.” In the event of loss of job or some other extreme circumstance, but parents must make the administration aware of the situation by scheduling a meeting with the administrator. No other form of communication will be accepted. Monthly communication will be required after the initial meeting with the administrator until the bill is brought current.
Tuition Plans:
Were those paying by installments, tuition may be paid in 10 equal payments due on the first of each month, beginning in August and extending through May.
Registration/Book Fee:
The registration fee must be paid in full in order for registration to be a week. The book fee must be paid prior to the first day of school. Any school property books that are damaged or destroyed will need to be replaced by the students at the cost of a new textbook.
Early stay/Late stay:
For all students in K5-12th, the cost is $5.00 an hour. Child – care is available all days unless previously notified in the school mailings or stated on the school calendar.
